This patio needed some extra love to bring back the glory it once had.  There was extensive rot on both the floor and many of the beams.  The old floor was completely removed with new tongue and groove boards installed and thereafter three coats of poly were applied to protect it, make it shine and accentuate the wood’s natural beauty.  The rotting boards were replaced and the entire patio was painted.  A new door and screens were installed to tie the final product together.  

This is one of our favorite transformations to date and needless to say, our client was ecstatic about the final results!
